An NBC/Wall Street Journal poll had just measured President Bush's approval rating among black voters nationwide at a staggeringly low 2 percent in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
I didn't know it had gotten that low. It's amazing a President of the United States could be so uniformly disliked by a major ethnic group -- and proof that he's a divider, not a uniter.
